From an early age, our founders were the people fixing devices, solving technical problems, and wanting to understand how everything worked. That curiosity became a career path, leading both founders into IT apprenticeships straight after school and into the fast-paced world of Managed Service Providers.

Working exclusively within MSP environments meant learning quickly, adapting under pressure, and supporting businesses that relied on technology every single day. It was hands-on experience from the very beginning, solving real problems, helping real people, and learning what great service truly looks like.

It was also where the founders met, building a strong partnership through a shared passion for technology, business, and entrepreneurship. Over the years, they worked across multiple MSPs, gaining valuable experience, seeing best practice in action, and recognising where many providers fall short.

Throughout their careers, both founders earned a reputation as high performers. Fast, dependable, trusted by clients, and driven to deliver results. Whether it was resolving issues efficiently, managing demanding workloads, or building strong customer relationships, they consistently aimed to raise standards.
